- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Blend dates in a food processor until they form a sticky paste
Add almond butter, cocoa powder, and oats. Blend until combined.
Stir in chocolate chips, roll into balls, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
