Creamy Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz (225g) spaghetti or linguine
  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Cook Pasta: Boil pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté Shrimp: Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook shrimp with salt and pepper for 2–3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, and chili flakes. Simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Combine: Toss pasta and shrimp in the sauce until coated. Adjust seasoning.
  5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and additional Parmesan.
